The Leadership Recipe team, established in September 2020 by four Iraqi women, is dedicated to promoting Iraqi cultural heritage, awareness around mental health, human rights, and youth leadership skills. We have created a safe and neutral platform to recognize and support national success. Our journey began when we met in the United States through an exchange program for community leaders supported by the foe. Since then, we have been actively building a network of Iraqi IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) participants from all governorates of Iraq, comprising approximately 223 individuals from various sectors under the name of IQ_IVLP
